Ardana hat um die Aufnahme in die erst vor wenigen Monaten gegründete "Koalition der Planeten" ersucht und die Crew der Enterprise soll den Beitrittskandidaten genauer unter die Lupe nehmen. Doch schon kurz nach der Ankunft auf Stratos wird das Außenteam der Enterprise mit mehreren Mysterien konfrontiert: ein verunglückter vulkanischer Delegierter, ein vielleicht verheerender technischer Defekt und ein sonderbares Subraum-Signal von außerhalb des ardanischen Sonnensystems.

Die Enterprise Crew kehrt siegreich von der Ausdehnung zurück und hält auf ihrem Heimweg zur Erde an einer Weltraumkolonie der Erde. Dort treffen sie auf eine Rebellengruppe von Menschen, die sich nach einer Revolution im Post-Xindi-Universum sehnen.

Inspired by TOS: Shore Leave. A distress call from the newly established TerraLuna XIII colony brings the crew of the Enterprise-D to a place where monsters are real and reality is a nightmare. Will the away team be able to cope with confronting their terrors face to face? Can they solve the mystery of TerraLuna, or will they be forced to abandon the colony to the monsters that lurk in the moonlight?
